Return, Refund, Shipping Policy
REFUNDS
- All items are non refundable due to all orders being made to order.
- No refunds. Everything is handmade. They are customized to your liking.
- Once you submit an order I cannot cancel it as I started working on your order as I get it (ordering sweatshirts/materials) if you are in need of a refund once the order has been submitted and the items have not been produced yet, I can offer a partial refund starting from $15 as cost has already been put into the order.
SHIPPING
- After tracking numbers are sent, I have no control over where your package is, or when your package will arrive. All questions about missing packages, delays or delivery dates you will have to take it up with the post office. I CANNOT do anything for you once I ship it out.
- For all packages that are lost/stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They can assist you with the next steps to file a claim. I am not at fault if something happens to your package after I have shipped it as it is out of my hands.
- Please double check your address
- If you provide the wrong address and your package gets returned to me you WILL be responsible for the new shipping
CUSTOM ORDERS
- Custom orders are non returnable/non refundable
- Once you submit your order I cannot cancel it as I already started working on your design.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
- As I am a small business, all of my items are made to order and unfortunately I’m unable to provide returns/exchanges if you change your mind.
- No returns or exchanges. Please make sure what you ordered is what you want and is the correct size. If you have questions please reach out. I don’t have the stock to exchange an item for something else.
