Return, Refund, Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
-After tracking numbers are sent, I have no control over where your package is, or when your package will arrive. All questions about missing packages, delays or delivery dates you will have to take it up with the post office. I CANNOT do anything for you once I ship it out.
-Please double check your address
-If you provide the wrong address and your package gets returned to me you WILL be responsible for the new shipping label.
REFUND
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
-No refunds. Everything is handmade. They are customized to your liking.
-Once your order is placed the material will already be bought for what I need therefore there will be no refunds.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
-As I am a small business, all of my items are made to order and unfortunately I’m unable to provide returns/exchanges if you change your mind.
